Brief: Develop brand identity and design and develop and host a website to advertise property for sale in the east of Spain, focusing on a UK and middle eastern audience.
The site needed to be easily updated from various locations and accommodate regularly changing property details.
Information needed by an overseas property purchaser was required to be easily accessible.

Initially a strong identity that would stand out against competitors in the market was developed, incorporating a 'house and keyhole' element in the colours of the spainish flag that can also be used as a stand-alone icon.

The robust design and construction work on the website allowed for features to be updated dynamically by the client whilst also maintaining ease of use for visitors to the site.

The development of a Property Buyers Guide provided an easily accessible reference that addressed concerns of first time overseas buyers. Inclusion of an information request form facilitated the gathering of customers' details and their purchase criteria, allowing to offer a more tailored service.

The solution provides large property images to visitors to the website and the inclusion of 'Flash paper' across the site enabled fast and easy access to printable property details.

Advice was given on the purchase of a domain name, and email accounts were created.
Final implementation and hosting was through Creative Studios.

Statistical tracking was added to monitor numbers of visitors to the website, allowing the success of promotional activities to be seen.

The site was developed to allow future upgrade to a database driven solution.
